• What we do with the information we collect: We use information collected at the time of sale to process and fulfill your order. If you subscribe to our company's marketing emails, you give consent to receive periodic communications from us regarding new products, promotions, or market times and locations. After your purchase, you may receive an email asking you to rate your experience with us, this is a feature that is automatically generated at the time of order completion.    

• Security: The owners of Doshi Candle Company, LLC are the only individuals with access to any database that may store information relating to the fulfilment of orders, subscription and/or newsletter opt-ins, or general correspondence initiated thorough our website or direct email correspondence. Some information is not viewable by us such as credit card information which is processed through our merchant processor. This data is truncated by law, and cannot be viewed in its entirety by anyone within our organization. 

• Links to other sites: We may time to time post links to other sites for the purpose of promoting an event where we are a vendor.  If you choose to click through to these other sites, the officers of Doshi Candle Company, LLC cannot be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information provided by you while on external sites.

• Information in error: If you believe that any information provided to us in the process of fulfilling an order, subscribing to newsletters and/or communications, or obtained through contact with Doshi Candle Company, LLC is in error, please contact us.
